Express shipping or on your preferred date: you decide!
Indicate your preferences when placing your order: fast delivery or delayed delivery in several weeks… it’s your choice.
You can also choose to pick up your order directly from our warehouse in Montreuil, Paris region (93100). Pickup can be done within 24 hours.
The delivery time also depends on your payment method:
• By credit card, instant bank transfer, or by choosing the 3x or 4x payment option: your order will be ready for shipping or available for pickup at our warehouse within 48 hours.
• By standard bank transfer: once the transfer is received in our account (within 48 to 72 hours), we will begin preparing your order.
Delivery is made by a specialized carrier and by appointment. Once we receive your full payment, we prepare your order. Our carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery time slot.
Please note that the carrier will deliver the goods to the foot of the building or to the rear of the truck, upon signature of a receipt. The delivery will not be made to the upper floors or inside the home or office.
The order can be heavy, so it is important to plan and ensure the necessary workforce. The total weight of the items will be indicated during the order. We also recommend checking the dimensions of your doors, stairs, and elevators in advance.
When placing your order, remember to specify whether the delivery location is accessible for a heavy goods vehicle (19T). This will allow us to send the most appropriate vehicle. If necessary, a trailer shift can be performed, which may incur additional costs.
What precautions to take during delivery?
To avoid any disputes, we recommend following these simple steps when receiving your order:
• If the package or pallet is in good condition: check the entire content. Note that the delivery driver must remain present during this inspection. If you cannot check the content, it is better to refuse the package rather than accept it without inspection.
• If the package or pallet is in good condition, but a product is missing or damaged: detail your reservations on the delivery note.
• If no visible damage is apparent but the package or pallet is not in perfect condition: accept the delivery with detailed reservations. Be careful, the mention “subject to unpacking” is not valid for claims. Be specific in describing the damage: for example, “package damaged on two corners,” “3 cm hole,” “repackaged package,” etc.
• If the package or pallet is heavily damaged: refuse the delivery.

To benefit from VAT-exempt billing, two conditions must be met:
- Provide a valid intra-community VAT number.
- Accept delivery through our carrier, who will confirm the goods leaving the territory with a waybill.
Delivery Fees
Delivery costs, subject to fluctuations in fuel prices and diesel taxes, are negotiated at preferential rates for you. Rates are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight/volume of the order. Delivery fees for mainland France, Belgium, and Luxembourg are automatically calculated on our site. They will then provide an estimate of the shipping costs for your order.
