These solid wood floors have a natural patina surface texture, completely VOC free, and are 100% handcrafted with genuine wood texture, through our exclusive 10 Step Process. The Organic Solid Collection is paving the way for fashion and innovation.
All wood collections are natural products and can have high variation of color and graining. It is recommended to look at our room scenes and multiple samples when making a final product selection.
Another character is: we remain all the originals of Oak wood. We did the air-dry for these French Oak raw material for about 3 months from AD to 18% moisture content. During this air-dry process, the wood had been oxidized deeply and completely with natural air, the color variation becomes more natural, while the knots are all shrinked and twisted after the moisture gone. Afterwards, we'll make the kiln dry and long time acclimation to get the correct Moisture content for your local climate.
Meanwhile, we don't plain the top surface at all, we keep the sawn mark as irregular as possible, leave all the wood characteristics in our Ecology prefinished flooring, e.g. water mark, knot, sawn mark, crack, and color variation, etc.
