Decking installation is tricky and may require the assistance of a professional but can also be undertaken by experts in DIY. The intrinsic qualities of the wood impose a certain number of precautions that must be respected in all phases of installation (before, during and after laying).
The installation method used will need to be adapted to the particular layout of the wood decking installation site. Wood decking can be installed over concrete slabs, on supporting foundation posts, or by using height-adjustable pedestals to support the battens.

Care and Maintenance
The frequency of maintenance and the service life of your decking are, for the most part, linked to the resistance of the wood used and the initial treatments it undergoes.
If you want to prevent your wood from becoming grey, you should apply a brightener to protect your decking.
A saturator can also be applied to bring out the pigments of the wood.
We recommend meticulously cleaning your wood once or twice a year. Simply wash with soap and water to give your deck its shine back. You should always clean in the direction of the boards.
